A financial appraisal will be initially undertaken to assess the viability of the proposed project. The next stage will be to determine whether planning can be secured and to establish whether there are any unusual characteristics that could affect the development of the property, such as flood zones, tree preservation orders, relocation of utilities or difficult highways access. If we believe the development is viable, we will work with our consultants to achieve a positive outcome.
