Eastern Square develops properties on sites it acquires and works in partnership with landowners seeking to develop on their own sites. Eastern Square provides detailed development advice to site owners as part of their partnership agreements.
A financial appraisal will be initially undertaken to assess the viability of the proposed project. The next stage will be to determine whether planning can be secured and to establish whether there are any unusual characteristics that could affect the development of the property, such as flood zones, tree preservation orders, relocation of utilities or difficult highways access. If we believe the development is viable, we will work with our consultants to achieve a positive outcome.
Eastern Square will always employ very experienced consultants in the specialist areas required. Whether it is for our own projects or a partnership agreement, we ensure every aspect is addressed to create a successful development.
